Shipping Policy — Merlin Fashion
Every Merlin Fashion piece is made fresh, just for you — so here's exactly how your order is made, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order confirmation
After you order, we'll message you on WhatsApp to confirm your size, color, and design. We only begin making your piece once you reply "yes" — so please make sure your WhatsApp number, email, and shipping address are correct at checkout.
2. Making your order
Because each piece is made to order, it takes about 2–5 business days to make (excluding weekends and holidays) once your order is confirmed. Nothing sits in storage — it's printed or stitched fresh for you.
3. Shipping & delivery (USA)
- Shipping is free across the USA.
- After your order ships, delivery usually takes 2–8 business days.
- Total time from order to your door is roughly 1–2 weeks.
4. International shipping
We ship to select countries. Estimated delivery is usually 8–15 business days after your order is made. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please check availability for your country at checkout.
5. Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll send your tracking details by email and WhatsApp so you can follow it all the way to your door.
6. Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may involve an additional shipping cost.
